Always very helpful, despite it being a very busy time for the real estate agent. They take the time for you. A difficult time for us as buyers, more demand than supply. It’s a shame our own property does not fall within the service area of GB otherwise we would definitely have chosen this office!

Nice that they call 2 hours before the viewing to say the property was sold a few days ago! It would have been nicer if we had been notified immediately after the sale, now it costs me a vacation day!

Phone simply goes to voicemail, no communication with their customers. Emails are not answered. Promises are not kept. Just weak service.

The realtor has had the promotional video of the house I bought online for 6 years already. Even after multiple requests to remove the video, he simply leaves it up. So if you value your privacy and customer friendliness, not recommended.

Luckily this wasn't my realtor, but the realtor of the party from whom I bought. This man doesn't let you finish speaking, runs over you, puts you enormously in front of the fact. And has a sloppy way of working.
