If you are looking for a brokerage that doesn’t shy away from lying and cheating to sell your house, then you've come to the right place with Punt Makelaars. We bought a house from this brokerage. First of all, they blatantly (and deliberately) lied to explicit questions about construction plans in the area, claiming there were none. This while the seller later indicated that they had clearly reported this to the brokerage. Subsequently, after the purchase, we discover that there is an error of half a meter in the 'officially measured floor plan'! Complain about this, and you will never hear back from them. I wouldn't wish this gang of scoundrels on anyone!

They claim they couldn't reach me by phone, but they didn't even call (I’ve verified that they received my correct number and they did). Not a very reliable impression.
