Disappointing experience with Vrieling Adviesgroep. Despite repeated attempts to make telephone contact, I was each time spoken to by different colleagues, without my questions being answered. Ultimately, I had to decide within the reconsideration period of fourteen days to abandon the agreement. This was due to the slowness and lack of communication when finalizing the insurance. I had hoped for better service, especially considering the importance of a suitable insurance policy for my upcoming private trip. Unfortunately, this process did not meet my expectations, and I regret the wasted time and energy for both myself and the company. This experience leaves me with serious doubts about the reliability and customer focus of Vrieling Adviesgroep.

Been a customer of Vrieling for more than 20 years but decided to switch to another company. You can assume that an intermediary will inform you properly and ensure that you are well insured. However, this has not been the case. Due to an accident not of my fault, I am now facing enormous out-of-pocket expenses. This is due to a series of errors from Vrieling. Communication only runs from me, experts do not show up or months later and I have repeatedly wondered in whose interest Vrieling exactly acts? Not in mine at least. I have been without my vehicle for half a year. I could receive compensation for replacement transport. Was told after that half a year. Should have kept receipts. Nice to know beforehand...
