A Real Estate Agency that is not honest in doing business !, The Owner J.Huisjes is also a Mortgage Advisor but also a Real Estate Agent, so he wears two 'hats' as I experienced, while he had sold our farmhouse and I wanted to buy a house through him, he let me bid against a non-existent bidder, so it was 5000 euros more (when I later looked in the so-called bidding register, the bid wasn't even there), that is fraud !,,,,,,then after the purchase was finalized, it turned out he had also arranged something with the neighbor of the sold house, who still received a large piece of land back after 40 years, while this was included in the sale! (and as such was also on Funda) and would have expired anyway!, When I didn't want to accept this, he turned the seller against me ....consequence ...he withdrew the sale...Mr. Jan Huisjes also apparently rented out the upstairs floor to the family for years, so cronyism, ...the neighbor in question was his streetmate...ultimately I was left with nothing! think twice before doing business with this agency
