Postma does not make a clear appointment with us as potential buyers. Due to their schedule, an inspection could only be scheduled after 1.5 weeks. To the question of whether there is already a bid, the answer is “no”. And then does not indicate if a bid on the property is made before we can inspect. This prevents the seller from getting the maximum out of the sale. In my opinion, this is a poor real estate agent for the selling party and also for us as interested parties. If we had known this, we would have wanted to make an offer without seeing it. We feel misled, and get the feeling that this realtor prioritizes making quick money. We called about this, but did not get the impression that they will improve. I haven’t experienced anything this bad in the past 5 years. It's a shame this can happen within NVM membership. You could do without members like these as toothache.

My assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.

As a buyer, I am very satisfied with Postma real estate agents. They have a good understanding of the business, you are treated respectfully as a viewer and all questions are answered, even afterwards. We were late and came from far away, but we were still able to view the property because an employee let us in a little later. The second viewing, sales inspection and further handling were also excellent. They do just a bit more and treat you very nicely compared to other real estate agents. I have met quite a few, so I know how it usually goes. Yet they are professional and managed to sell the property above market value to us. Compliments to Laura Postma. I also agree with the response from Postma Makelaars to an earlier negative review. As a buyer you always take risks, but that is something that must be addressed legally with the seller themselves. Not nice of course, but it turns out that this is a good real estate agent who protects the interests of the seller. In our case it was very different... The purchase could actually not go ahead because the seller was not creditworthy, but they still allowed the sale to proceed. Highly commendable! We are very happy with the purchase! And we wholeheartedly recommend Postma Makelaars.
