We have experienced Thoma Post as the selling party and therefore did not pay any costs to Thoma Post. As first-time buyers without a buyer's agent, it was sometimes quite difficult (but it saves a lot of money). Especially when there was a bad agent involved during viewings. The selling party did well by engaging this agent. The agent from Thoma Post that we dealt with was very friendly and knew how to present everything nicely, without being (irritatingly) exaggerated as many are. He knew the answers to our questions and showed us everything clearly. When our offer was accepted and we had questions/comments, communication with Thoma Post was fast, easy and good. During the final inspection, the relevant agent was there again and walked through the house neatly with us. If I ever wanted to sell this house, Thoma Post would definitely be on my list. Request for an appraisal appointment made by email. I was called and we made an appointment for Thursday at 2 PM. Shortly after, they called to reschedule to 12 PM, which was no problem up until then. On the day of the appointment, they called 2 hours beforehand, at 10 AM, to say that the appointment could not go ahead. In the meantime, you've arranged everything for them. Reason; no concrete sales plan. I clearly explained to them during the appointment making process that we cannot yet give a precise indication of when we can sell due to corona. As soon as there is more clarity about the course of corona, we will sell. But we can at least do the preparatory work. But this will definitely not be with you. It's a shame you work like this.
