It's been a few months now since my wife and I bought our new house. We are very happy with our purchase in all respects and as skilled professional migrants from South Africa, we feel very welcome in the neighborhood. That being said, our experience after the initial viewing was unpleasant. During our first visit, Michel was on time, well-dressed and very pleasant and helpful. We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.

Bas kende ik al toen ik zelf op zoek was naar een woning. Ook daar heeft hij mij uiteindelijk mee geholpen. De verkoop van mijn huis was hem dus uiteraard gegund. De verkoop verliep netjes en snel. Bas staat dagelijks voor je klaar mocht je een vraag hebben.
