We purchased a property through Van de Zande real estate agency. We had a very bad experience with this company. They do not keep appointments, do not call back, and do not respond to emails. After trying to make contact for over 2 weeks and repeatedly having our callback requests ignored. No apologies are made, and responses are very unprofessional. Our complaint was also not addressed in detail. Due to this poor attitude, we experienced a lot of delays which affected everything and cost us a great deal. Van de Zande did not investigate the property either; we later encountered problems and defects, pointed these out properly but they hide behind the fact that we should have looked better. Because of the Corona/Covid19 situation, we were not allowed to stay in the property for long and had little opportunity to ask questions. All in all a terrible experience.

We purchased a property through vd Zande. We are very dissatisfied with the real estate services of vd Zande. Vd Zande does not honor agreements. Vd Zande is difficult to reach and never calls back. Vd Zande conducts poor research into what they sell, which has now caused us problems. Even now, it appears that vd Zande is unable to resolve these issues. All in all, a very bad real estate agency in our opinion.
