We bought our house through bol real estate agents. We do not recommend this company to others. Communication is poor and unclear. A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

Super friendly people. They are honest, so I knew what the expectations were. Live with you. Guide you from beginning to end.

The realtor is correct, follows up on appointments. Communicates well and sufficiently, Neatly informs when viewings are taking place, afterwards briefly contacts to see how it went. Even called during a viewing with a question.

Competent real estate agent, The process and course of the sale went excellently, which is evident from listening to the client, thinking along with them, and providing good information about selling a house. Furthermore, cooperation with the real estate agent went well, and he kept me as the seller well informed.

Melle is a neat, eager to learn, very friendly, and business-minded young man. He did good preliminary research in our case, knows the neighborhood and surroundings, and discussed his ideas and proposals well with us. Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

New owner, old review not applicable

Very bad experience WITH PREVIOUS OWNER ARJEN VAN GORSEL. The broker completely loses it if things don't go according to his plan. He has not been the owner/employee since 2021. In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

Knowledgeable realtor who is happy to look with you at the possibilities and thinks very problem-solving.

Always had good contact with the real estate agent before, during and after the sale. They are knowledgeable and arrange everything for you. All in all, a recommendation for those who want to sell their house.

Unfortunately, we were mistaken about the time we had to arrive for our appointment, the broker called us about this. We asked if we could still come, if possible of course. This would be passed on to the broker. A certain Arjan van Gorsel called back a little later. As soon as my wife answered, he shouted: THANK YOU FOR THE ENORME GAP IN ROSTER. THANK YOU HE THANK YOU HE!! Apparently, this man is a broker. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life. He flipped out so much that I still went to confront him.. Upon arrival, I asked who the broker was and the first thing he (Arjan) said was: I am the broker: leave quickly because the owners of this house will attack you.. Now I must say that would have been a big mistake on his part (just for his information). The fact that you say something like that makes it impossible to take such a person seriously. anyway, as always barking dogs don't bite and in this case too.. Ultimately, I left. Conclusion: incredibly glad we were ultimately late because you don’t want to do business with people like that. Ridiculous experience (sarcastically meant of course). And Arjan, grow up you are going on 70. P.S (upon arrival there were 5 people in the house both owners + 2 people who were viewing and the broker (Arjan) himself. That is also not very professional with regard to covid-19).

About a year ago, we bought our first home. Through acquaintances, we came to Bol Makelaars and Taxateurs for the appraisal. After a short phone call, the appraisal was completed within 1 week. Super fast and an incredibly pleasant company to work with. You don't have to arrange anything yourself and are kept well informed about the status of affairs.

Our first house purchased through Bol Makelaardij. Very exciting, but well guided by the selling real estate agent. He even guided us to a financial advisor where we were able to arrange the mortgage well and quickly. Compliments on the service!

Selling a cv boiler with an existing rental agreement while the purchasing party had already stated during the viewing that they did not want it. The Bol real estate agent even claimed upon signing the purchase contract that the purchasing party was absolutely not bound to this, but ultimately ends up with a redemption sum of hundreds of euros & an unwanted boiler... Also, the Bol real estate agent claimed that the roof of the storage room did not contain asbestos. Even when the selling party indicated that this was indeed the case, the Bol real estate agent insisted that it was not asbestos. When confronted again by the purchasing party two days before key handover, the real estate agent stated 'I'm not an asbestos expert'... The whirlpool bath was explicitly discussed in the house brochure. The selling party eventually stated that it was defective. The purchasing party addressed the real estate agent about this but he (again) did not respond... Our personal experiences are very bad with Bol Makelaardij & their realtor Arjan van Gorsel. In terms of the realtor's expertise as well as communication. Our advice: bring your own buyer's broker. It is extra costs, but then you know what to expect & what awaits you.
