You walk into a house to view it (Vondellaan 18 in Oosterhout) and you’ve just taken two steps inside to hear the next story: 'You are standing in a very popular house and although we don't work with asking prices, I must inform you that there have already been many bids higher than the asking price'........... 'You are welcome to view it and afterwards you can submit a bid via email with any conditions'....... 'We would also like to know if you want to make a reservation regarding financing'........... And so it went on! Unbelievable.......... If this were my realtor, I’d have fired him ala minute! Think before you start hiring these kinds of realtors, a disgrace to the NVM! Your reaction is shocking! Apparently, you haven’t understood that your behavior is inappropriate. Even if the market is 'overheated', some decency would be appropriate!

We are very happy with our purchase in all respects and as skilled professional migrants from South Africa, we feel very welcome in the neighborhood. That being said, our experience after the initial viewing was unpleasant. During our first visit, Michel was on time, well-dressed and very pleasant and helpful. We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.

Until you see a message saying RENTED! A proper and decent broker informs those who weren't successful. In short, do NOT enter into an agreement with this broker. Really absurd how this brokerage treats potential buyers and renters! Ugh!!!!

Very poor contact today regarding scheduling a viewing. Wouldn't cooperate when it could work, it had to be how he wanted it and also stated that the days were almost full. The real estate agent takes criticism personally immediately and then gets angry when I, as a potential buyer, express my opinion and ultimately say that I no longer want to view the house. He even had the audacity to hang up at the end of the conversation.
