Wij, mijn man en ik zijn meerdere keren door Biemans makelaardij geholpen. En dan met name de afdeling hypotheken zijn wij door Jessica ontzettend goed geholpen. Als deze vrouw er niet was weet ik niet of het allemaal gelukt was wat wij wilde bereiken. Jessica neemt alles van A t/m Z met je door en zorgt ervoor dat je niks vergeet. En soms kregen we nog een mailtje met “vergeet niet daar en daar op te letten” Jessica heeft ons zo goed geholpen omdat zij niet alleen haar werk doet maar ook oprecht geïnteresseerd is in jouw persoonlijke situatie. Ze leeft met je mee, ze denkt met je mee en denkt altijd in juiste oplossingen/ richtingen! Ze is professioneel maar ontzettend menselijk, waardoor het voor de cliënt een stuk gemakkelijker gaat. Biemans heeft een hele goede aan deze vrouw!

Onze ervaring met Biemans Makelaardij was ronduit vreselijk slecht. Annemiek stond ons vaak helemaal niet te woord, e-mails werden niet beantwoord en terugbellen gebeurde nooit, zelfs na meerdere pogingen. Pas na het indienen van een officiële klacht kregen wij überhaupt de directeur aan de lijn. Wij kregen eerst een bevestigde passeerdatum van 5 december, die later onmogelijk bleek, met enorme gevolgen: meubels konden nergens geplaatst worden, ingeplande aannemers en familie hielpen voor niets, en we moesten tijdelijk elders verblijven en twee keer verhuizen. Toen we eindelijk de sleutels kregen, lag de sleutel gewoon bij de receptioniste, droog overhandigd met: “Alsjeblieft” Geen ontvangst, geen koffie, geen enkel moment van aandacht van Annemiek, terwijl dit toch het belangrijkste moment van het traject was. Ook al zijn er (cruciale) fouten gemaakt en liep het traject niet volledig soepel, de voornamelijkste reden voor deze review is de uitermate gebrekkige communicatie van Biemans, waardoor wij ons constant genegeerd en aan ons lot overgelaten voelden. Dit kantoor werkt onprofessioneel, onpersoonlijk en slordig. Als ik de makelaar kon kiezen, was dit de laatste die ik had gekozen.

Ik wilde een huis bezichtigen dat net in de verkoop stond, dus ik reageerde via hun eigen website om een bezichtiging aan te vragen: geen reactie. Een paar dagen later via Funda geprobeerd: geen reactie. Weer later rechtstreeks een mail gestuurd: geen reactie. Na een paar dagen de mail nogmaals verstuurd (inmiddels 2 weken verder). Toen kreeg ik wel een reactie: helaas is de woning verkocht. Blijkbaar lukte het iemand anders wel om een bezichtiging te krijgen.

I had never sold a house before and it was nice to have a group of people behind you who can professionally guide you through this. Fast sale as well. The price was set a bit too high according to our opinion but we sold the house to our satisfaction.

They also assessed my apartment at a value of €300,000.00 despite numerous defects, including: water damage, electrical problems and a huge hole in the wall. They showed my house to interested buyers without mentioning any of these defects. Do you want to sell your house? Then Biemans will help you to sell it for the highest price. Are you looking for a house to buy? Be careful: there are probably problems with the house that Biemans won't tell you about.

Biemans helped me with the purchase of a home in 2015 and all my insurance policies are handled here. I have a very bad feeling about the impartiality of Biemans Makelaar Oosterhout and especially Mr. Max Biemans. The office was engaged to make an impartial valuation of our home, because it had to be divided or sold due to divorce. The first thing that stood out is the height of the valuation costs which are almost double those of other offices. Also, the valuation is very questionable and does not seem to have been an “independent” valuation. Questions about the valuation were dismissed with the answer “it’s all listed in the report.”
