Worst realtor ever! All sorts of negotiations are done behind your back. They only think about their own pockets! I will never sell my house again through these so-called experts.

I visited RE/MAX Royal at their office and my experience was frankly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I didn't feel like I was being treated as a serious person. The employees seemed uninterested and unprofessional. In addition, my data was handled carelessly. Mistakes were made and I had to provide the same information multiple times, which was very frustrating. This doesn’t exactly inspire confidence, especially when it comes to something important like buying or selling a home. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend this real estate agent. Customer friendliness and carefulness don't seem to be a priority here.

Staff very welcoming and tries to be helpful. However, SNS bank has IT challenges that are a bit troublesome. Automatic payments usually only appear when I log in via a desktop computer, not in the app or on a tablet, and are executed quite randomly, regardless of the settings, even for example two accounts I have with one mobile service provider. (This kind of thing can cause SNS customers to come across as unreliable to third parties.) I came by a few months ago to discuss this at the branch, when my scheduled payments didn't go through again, and guess what, their systems had crashed and many customers couldn’t even pay in stores at that time. Staff could do nothing either; I felt sorry for them. I then emailed about it (not to the branch staff), but got nowhere; the people who responded had no idea what I was talking about and had no IT knowledge. (I got the impression that changes were being implemented at the time - because I observed changes - and that this operation went wrong. It happens.) Previously, I strangely discovered one day that all my alerts were turned off, so I re-enabled them. I updated this today, Google, because I spoke to someone today whose automatic payment hadn’t been executed.
