After the viewing, I was told that the space had already been rented to another party. Remarkably, the advertisement remained on Funda, and after two weeks it turned out that the property was still available. Why I was not informed about this is a mystery to me. In addition, I noticed a lack of transparency and customer friendliness during the process. When I asked until what time the building would be accessible, there was immediately suggested that I would like to be present at night, which was not the case. My words seem to have been twisted with the landlord, which I consider very unprofessional. The communication with Marjory was frankly disappointing; responses were arrogant and I got a strong feeling that there was deliberate obstruction. This is absolutely not how you treat potential tenants. I will no longer do business with them and advise others to pay close attention when renting through this real estate agency. Reliability and honesty should be paramount, but unfortunately that is not the case here.
