José guided us pleasantly and professionally through the sale. With humour and expertise. Adequate and direct with all data. We are very satisfied. Definitely recommended if you want to sell your house.
We knew José as a real estate agent from 5 years ago. The way she showed us the house and provided us with information back then was so pleasant and relaxed that we didn't have to think long when we wanted to sell our house again this year. Also, now that she is our sales broker, she has guided us excellently. José understands the subject matter, is professional, and gave us super good advice. I would definitely recommend her!

Jose is very happy to get our house for sale but during the sale it turns out that she did not read the deed properly and therefore claims to viewers that there is a right of way, while this is not the case. The text and photos of the brochure are good, but Jose otherwise drops more balls. For example, the office is poorly accessible and there is no replacement available during Jose's illness. Jose was not open to a feedback discussion about how to proceed...She would terminate the assignment. Ultimately she does not do this last thing and a viewer is already scheduled. Unfortunately, Jose forgets to inform us in the usual way that the viewer has cancelled the appointment. Because I unfortunately also suffered a broken back during that period, getting the house ready and leaving the property is of course difficult, so we decide to temporarily take the house off the market. After this, we were confronted with a very angry Jose who no longer wants to cooperate anywhere. We received rude texts asking if she would send us the photos of our building for which we had neatly paid. In the meantime, we have decided to put the property that we purchased through Jose on sale as well, but unfortunately we no longer have the brochure. When we asked Jose if she would send us the sales brochure for this property, we received a negative answer again. Jose considers herself very professional. I think you are only truly professional when you can remain correct and polite even after terminating an assignment. If you disagree with Jose, you apparently become her enemy and encounter solely obstruction. This behavior seems very childish to us. Ultimately, we still found the brochure ourselves on the computer. This means that her pure obstruction is completely useless and nonsensical.
Kind, friendly, thoughtful lady, immediately feels familiar, no smooth talk. Gives you the time.
Through verbal referral, we came into contact with José Ligtenbelt. She started working as our purchasing agent and guided us through the purchase process in an excellent way. She is well (almost always) accessible, thinks ahead, and gives great advice. She also knows when quick action is needed. We are very satisfied with her way of working and can certainly recommend her.
