Let me start with something positive. The lady on the phone was very friendly. There is nothing to complain about that. We only received Miqa as part of the sellers. We had a viewing some months ago. I am only now posting a review because I first wanted to have bought my house. The selling broker actually knew absolutely nothing about the house. We had to tell the broker that there were solar panels on the roof. He knew nothing about this (until he checked it in his forms, perhaps he could have read up beforehand). When we asked if there was a crawl space, we were told that there wasn't one. After looking in a closet, of course, there was a crawl space. The garden was a slightly more difficult matter because it was partly from a company. (Doesn’t mean a broker should just know exactly how things are) This meant there was a right of way, unfortunately the broker did not know what had been agreed and how the right of way actually ran. When we were looking inside again and had a few critical questions that the broker once again could not answer, he even became irritated. I understand that it is difficult if you don’t have answers to the questions asked by people who want to know what they are buying, but it is incredibly unprofessional. I see that Miqa scores well overall here. How that happens I really do not know since I hear bad stories from multiple sides. My experience is in any case very bad and I would absolutely not recommend them. Imagine if you were selling your house and a broker could hardly answer any questions from the buyers. That’s probably not something you would want. Again, given the reviews, I expect that a lot of people will blindly choose Miqa. For those who read this review: don't do it and look for a professional broker.
