It was very nice that there was always a very quick response to questions from our side. The approach is very personal and action was taken quickly when we wanted to sell our home. Within 14 days photos, brochure, funda, viewings and sold. Really super satisfied.

Unreliable experience: After making an opening bid of 2.5% below the asking price on Friday for the house, the real estate agent informed me that I would be called back on Monday with the response to the offer. On Tuesday afternoon, I was told that there were now several parties interested and that a higher bid had been received. Without giving me the opportunity later or on Monday to be able to make a higher bid. (Which I was prepared to do) And I was informed that negotiations would continue with this other party. Nothing more was negotiable and under the pretext of the seller's decision, I was dismissed.
