During the search for a new home, which took exactly one year, we conducted several viewings, and Herold has always been very honest and direct with us, which we greatly appreciate. If he senses that a property is not right for us, he honestly says so; furthermore, everything has always been non-binding, and we have never felt pressured, even after multiple viewings of properties where we had doubts and still viewed them to be sure of our choice, as we indicated in advance. All of this was no problem at all! He is well informed about the properties he sells, but also generally has a lot of knowledge of homes for sale in the region. He could almost always directly and correctly answer questions about the property during the viewing. He thoroughly researches and acquires knowledge about the property so that he can inform potential buyers effectively. Objective and correct information is particularly important when buying a home. They helped us very well in finding a beautiful home that meets our wishes. We are quite critical, but for Herold and Margot, this was a very successful challenge! They proactively searched for homes for us for a year, and so we have finally found our dream house. Good advice was also provided regarding the sale of our current home, and we achieved quick results here as well.
