Disappointing experience with this real estate agent. Scheduling a viewing proved to be particularly difficult. I tried contacting them by phone several times, but each time I was referred to email. There I received responses like 'that date is not possible', without any alternative suggestions. After a lot of back and forth emailing and calling, the viewing could ultimately only take place weeks later. To make matters worse, the appointment was cancelled a week in advance anyway because a bid had already been made. Online I read that this real estate agent often works in this way, which gives the impression that viewings are handled selectively. For the selling party, I find this anything but efficient if you want to get the maximum out of the sale. I also wonder whether this way of working is fully within legal boundaries.
