In May 2022 we bought our new-build apartment from Kok en Heijkamp. The contact with the real estate agent, Lennard Kok, was immediately very good. We therefore also decided to sell our current home through him. I always looked with amazement at all the reviews of Kok en Heijkamp, only nines and tens. Yes, yes, I thought to myself, it's easy to give high scores in this overheated housing market. Your house often sold within a week, well above the asking price, that calls for a high rating! When our own house came for sale, the housing market changed completely. The rise in mortgage interest rates, the energy crisis and the war in Ukraine created a totally different market. So no, we didn't sell our house immediately or for the first asking price we had agreed with the real estate agent, but still I can sincerely give 4 times a ten. Especially in a difficult time, you get to know the real estate agent! And what was extra special was that Lennard not only had an eye for us as the selling party, but also supported the prospective buyer when he encountered some difficulties in the purchase process, so that ultimately our house was sold and purchased to everyone's full satisfaction!
