Als ik vragen had, reageerden ze snel en ze planden ook snel een bezichtiging in. When I asked for a quotation, they acted as if it didn't exist — while it had already been prepared. That's outright misleading. A portion of my deposit was withheld based on amounts that simply don't add up. I have proof that the hired company was present much less than what was invoiced. Also, having to email for two years for a refund of energy they said we had no right to. In the end, we did get it!! The communication is evasive, contradictory and completely unprofessional. My experience: unreliable, not transparent and absolutely no respect for customers.

Rotsvast has been my reliable partner for rental for more than 15 years. Time and again, everything is perfectly taken care of. If needed, an extra step is even taken to resolve a potential problem. All in all, very satisfied with the service of Rotsvast Maastricht.

If you are looking for a biased realtor who always sides with the landlord, you've come to the right place. They manage the security deposits of the apartments and find the smallest things to withhold your deposit. When it was December and the heating wasn't working, they didn't help me at all and didn't contact the landlord. But when the landlord said we were too noisy, they called us immediately. They treat you poorly and try to reclaim your deposit.

Unprofessional and disrespectful towards students!!! I rented an apartment and the landlord came in whenever they wanted. It started small with watering the plants and opening windows, but it escalated. Once, she sorted my dirty underwear and organized viewings without my knowledge! I warned Rotsvast and they said, I quote: 'She's an old woman, don't make a drama out of it.' They locked us out, just because we are young students. Stay away for your own safety. EDIT: They are now putting pressure on me via multiple emails to remove my honest review.

I rented two homes through Rotsvast and both times the process went very smoothly and to my satisfaction. They always respond quickly and are helpful if a problem arises. This is by far the best moving company I have worked with in Maastricht.

Alsof ze geld tekort hebben… sturen ze een factuur van een paar tientjes en gooien ze er nog kosten bovenop (die hoger zijn als het bedrag wat betaald moet worden). Echt schandalig.

Blijf er alsjeblieft weg! Ze trekken zich niets aan van onderhoudsproblemen en proberen je constant extra kosten in rekening te brengen. In de anderhalf jaar dat ik in mijn appartement woonde, hebben drie contactpersonen ontslag genomen, dus blijkbaar behandelen ze hun werknemers niet zo slecht als hun huurders.

Wees gewaarschuwd voordat je bij hen huurt. Er is een totaal ander proces voor de inspectie bij het inleveren en de inspectie bij het uitchecken - tenminste, dat was mijn ervaring met meneer Levi. Na de overdracht was er totaal geen aandacht voor de procedure en de terugbetaling. Ik zou echt proberen om niet bij hen te huren. Als er geen andere optie is, let dan goed op tijdens de inspectie bij het inleveren en documenteer absoluut alles wat je ontdekt, anders zullen ze de kosten daarvan bij de eindoverdracht op jouw rekening verhalen.

GA HIER NOOIT HUREN OF VERHUREN!!!!!!! Pro housing is nooit daar, laten je stikken wanneer er iets moet gebeuren. ALLEEN MAAR ELLENDE. Lekkages, kapotte vaatwassers, verzakte vloeren, gebarsten ramen, schenden van privacy, bouwvakkers die onaangekondigd in je huis staan, bij pro-housing kan alles wat vervelend is! Niet bereikbaar, komen nooit afspraken na. Als je als pandeigenaar pro housing het beheer laat doen weet je zeker dat dit slecht zal verlopen, DOE HET NIET!!!!

Ik ben heel goed geholpen door Pro Housing. Na mijn aanmelding heb ik namelijk binnen een maand een woning gevonden. Alles was snel en goed geregeld dankzij de fijne en snelle service van Birgitte! Ik zou Pro Housing zeker aanraden aan iedereen die snel en op een professionele manier een woning wilt vinden.

Birgitte gaf ons een videorondleiding en hielp ons met het tekenen van een huurcontract vanuit het buitenland voordat we hierheen verhuisden. Ze was erg behulpzaam en flexibel. Onze vlucht werd op het laatste moment geannuleerd vanwege het weer, maar Birgitte hield de hele tijd contact met ons en gaf ons suggesties voor een nieuwe vlucht. I have had mixed experiences with NOVA Housing. At the beginning, the rental process went smoothly and the apartment met the description. However, after the end of the rental period, problems arose. After my move-out, an official final inspection was carried out by their agent and I received confirmation that the apartment had been left in good condition and no problems were detected. Nevertheless, today, almost three months later, I was unexpectedly informed of alleged cleaning issues and items that were left behind in a storage room in the basement which I never used and to which I even had no access. At the same time, there were significant delays and inconsistencies regarding the settlement of the utilities. Although it clearly states in the contract that payments for utilities are advance payments which are settled afterwards, the process has been slow and unclear, with constantly changing explanations. Overall, the communication was inconsistent and the handling of the process after the end of the rental period felt unprofessional and unnecessarily complicated. I would advise future tenants to carefully document everything (especially meter readings and inspections) and to record all communication in writing.
