Be careful before entering into business with this vindictive agency. If you choose another brokerage after a consultation, they actively disrupt/sabotage the sale in a sophisticated manner. I certainly am not the only one who has experienced this. They will likely do fine if you do enter into business with them, but if you choose another, they will work against you. Better to give them the chance not to be involved at all. There are plenty of other real estate agencies in Etten-Leur that act with integrity.

The appointments and communication are extremely poor; they are not suitable for selling homes in the higher price bracket. They have no creativity to promote the property extra, we had to provide that ourselves. We constantly had to initiate contact during a viewing process, and they only call two weeks after a viewing... After moving in, there was an argument about the media files, which we paid for ourselves; quite an arrogant attitude here, but we involved NVM and followed their advice, so it worked out well. Therefore, we didn't need AT real estate at all. In short, a nice real estate agency for quick sales in the lower/middle class, so to make money quickly...
