This so-called NVM real estate agent sends an email stating that the property has been sold and the transfer will take place on a certain date at the notary's office. I then cancel all my subscriptions such as newspaper, energy, internet. I have a final service performed in the house and garden. I’ve also been busy searching for a new home. In the meantime, I’ve found something further from my work, on the other side of the Western Scheldt Tunnel. Therefore, I traded in my gasoline car for a diesel car. Used a moving van a few times to move some things to a garage near my new home. Friends helped with this. Coincidentally, I called today and was told that the buyer withdrew quite some time ago. This so-called NVM real estate agent never warned me that anything had changed. I have now incurred unnecessary costs and arranged matters that I need to reverse and unnecessarily purchased a diesel car. Big SHAME this NVM company. This already expensive organization has no added value compared to other real estate organizations. NVM now means NotForMe!

It took a while, but eventually the house in Borssele was sold. We are very satisfied with how Kuub Makelaars and specifically Collin guided us. He really thought along about how we could best market the house and came up with original options. They are not the cheapest, but they deliver quality and are willing to do something extra. With angelic patience, he helped the buyer overcome the last hurdles so that the house is now sold and we can move on.
