We chose this broker because we also bought our new house through her. The communication was a bit bumpy and as a result, we heard some things a little late. When the bids were to close at 17:00, we weren't called until 18:00. I understand that the market is a bit busier at the moment, but even so, I would like to be kept informed of the status of the sale. Overall, it seemed quite messy.
