Na een tijd op zoek geweest te zijn naar onze eerste woning hebben we besloten om Abe van Euverman en Nuyts in te schakelen als aankoopmakelaar. Na een fijn oriëntatiegesprek waarin onze wensen en eisen duidelijk zijn besproken, zijn we verder gegaan met de zoektocht. Na één bezichtiging was het direct raak en hebben we een mooie woning kunnen aankopen.

We made an appointment for a viewing of an apartment offered by Jonker in Almelo at the harbor. We were supposed to go and look on December 2nd. On Sunday, December 1st, we were cancelled and a new appointment was to be made. No problem. We were supposed to be called. There was no call. So we had to call ourselves. We were supposed to be called back again. We are still waiting for that, and in the meantime the apartment is already under offer. I find this a very poor work ethic from Jonker Makelaardij. But that shows that things are going too well for the real estate agents these days, and there are ten others for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this realtor due to the failure to keep appointments. Very disappointed.
