When does an email not arrive anymore? Tried again a week later and then we ended up on the reserve list. Surely you don't want that as a selling party, keeping possible buyers away? Besides being more expensive than Van Herk, this kind of practice prevents us from having our property sold through this real estate agent. edit: following reaction: YES, I was FINALLY approached because a reserve spot became available. After-dinner mustard considering we were actually very quick to apply. But the seller AND the realtor must both understand that if the house is located near a busy road, as a potential buyer of a property worth more than 800,000 euros, you would like to stand in the garden behind the house during rush hour, and not only at a time deliberately outside of it. In addition, this timeslot was over 2 days after the call, and you really need to be able to make that happen.

De terugkoppeling van vragen onzerzijds was altijd snel en duidelijk en ze was actief bezig met het verkoopproces, dat daardoor ook gladjes verliep. Het courtagetarief is vergeleken met andere makelaars wat aan de hoge kant, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Zou haar iedereen aanraden.
