We are renting a property from a person who has engaged this company to act as a middleman and handle everything with us, the tenants. In principle fine, until it turns out that this company is incompetent at arranging simple things and keeping appointments. We have a leaking boiler and a broken extractor hood. Since this is a rental property, it is not our problem and should be fixed by Pandomo as soon as possible, in consultation with the owner. We indicated this literally 5 MONTHS AGO and moral of the story; neither has been resolved yet. We constantly have to call ourselves to keep this company on its toes. Because they take absolutely no initiative themselves. If they say they will call you back later in the afternoon or the next day, it doesn't happen. Then it’s the weekend and you wait days again. Only to find out on Monday that they haven't progressed at all. A leaking boiler should be urgent; it is dangerous to shower with it. So every time we have to turn off the electricity at the meter cupboard before showering. And since the extractor hood isn't working, we have to cook with the balcony door open, in WINTER … Pandomo then also hires incompetent companies themselves to look into the problems. I understand the problem better from a few Google searches than they do. They literally hired a one-man painting business to look at the extractor hood. Who then had to get some other friend to check it who supposedly knows something about it. The whole situation is completely ridiculous. Previously, I rented a property from Lefier. Their service was 1000x faster. If anything went wrong, a technician would come the next day to investigate the problem and ensure it was fixed within a week. Unbelievable. Get it together Pandomo.

One of the current owners (nephew of the former sole owner of Pandomo), also working as a realtor, is an unfair and unreliable realtor. He does not honor his verbal agreements! - April 15, as a response to a comment from Pandomo - The high urgency now given to the review was unfortunately not given to the report at the Pandomo office back then. Pandomo has come out in support of the realtor's unreliability. With the dismissal back then, I don’t see why renewed contact would change anything about the situation. The transaction is now completed.

Recently, a purchasing agent from Pandoma visited my well-maintained apartment together with potential buyers. The agent then came up with an offer that was almost equal to the WOZ value of 2024, without any thorough justification or argumentation as to why this amount would be appropriate, especially considering the condition of the apartment and the market situation. A second bid followed, only a few thousand euros higher. Of course, I did not engage with this. What bothered me most is the communication after this offer. Since my rejection, I have heard nothing more from Pandomo via my sales agent — no response, no feedback, no sign of professional contact. For a party that claims to guide buyers well and take the purchasing process seriously, I find this downright unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would therefore not recommend Pandoma as a purchasing agent, especially due to the lack of transparent communication and serious justification of offers.

We were tenants of 'Herepoortenmolendrijft 38' in Groningen. We are complaining about Pandomo due to their dishonesty, lack of clarity, irresponsibility and lack of accountability, and we do not recommend this group to anyone. We have the worst memory of our lives from renting a house in Groningen with 'Pandomo Makelaars'. They were dishonest from the start and entered into a terrible rental agreement with us. Since we rented this house from our own country and online, we did not notice the problems. Pandomo had not given us any explanation about the problems we would encounter. The house had both minor and complex structural issues. We emailed and called Pandomo several times (especially Kimberly), but they did not pick up. They only sent us an email before the monthly rent payment, saying that we should pay the rent on time!! We paid all the rent on time, but no action was taken by either the landlord or Pandomo. The floors and walls of the rooms, both inside and outside, were wet all the time and we had a very foul smell in the house. The walls and ceiling of the room, bathroom and toilet, the storage room and even the inside of the refrigerator door were full of mold. Everything was wet, no clothes could dry, all our personal belongings, such as various leather shoes, leather bags, suitcases, expensive carpets, clothing and... were all damaged and ruined by mold. Every day we had to use an anti-mold agent, which seriously affected the health of our lungs. The house was extremely cold and we experienced a grueling winter. The house was so cold that no matter how high we increased the temperature, it did not warm up and we couldn't even go to the bathroom or toilet because it was extremely cold. We paid a lot of money for energy, which was useless. The house was never warm, not even a little bit, and we shivered for seven whole months. We had no hot water for three weeks in winter because the heating was old and the landlord had not renovated it. Although he/she had received a warning letter before we rented this house and nothing was done about it, we caught colds and were even more irritated in that cold house. Now this terrible house is for sale and the energy label is D in the advertisement!!!! About 20 days after the eviction and after sending several emails and repeatedly calling (no response), we got our deposit back with force. We were also approached by a law firm. They noticed that the rent we paid for this house was too high and that this house was not worth that amount. When we explained the many problems with this house, they asked us to file a complaint, which we unfortunately did not do and now regret. Once again, we emphasize: We are complaining about the real estate agency Pandomo due to dishonesty, lack of clarity, irresponsibility and lack of accountability, and we do not recommend this group to anyone

Property viewed via Pandomo Makelaars. The realtor who was present in the property was very nonchalant and did not walk along during the viewing. We could sleep on it for one more night before a bid could be submitted. Behind our backs, the property had already been sold and we didn't stand a chance. Possibly working together with a buyer's agent, as you hear more often these days! Not recommended for us!

Unprofessional, not customer-focused, not transparent etc... Two-year lease and never received direct help in finding professionals or information about the rental property. This was a very bad experience, and two years of asking questions and writing emails is a long time to see another side of the company. Sorry, but never again!
