Two days before the key transfer, it was said that the apartment had been assigned to someone else. We had already terminated our current rental agreement and arranged everything for the move. Rullens real estate didn't care about this. Don't rent here!

Mijn vriendin en ik kregen een appartement beloofd en zelfs het contract ter ondertekening toegestuurd. Twee dagen voor de eerste van de maand (de dag waarop we zouden verhuizen) annuleerden ze de huur en zeiden ze dat ze het appartement aan iemand anders gaven. We hadden onze spullen al ingepakt en een verhuiswagen gehuurd, maar ze toonden geen enkel medeleven of oprechte bezorgdheid. Vertrouw hen en hun zakelijke praktijken niet.

The sale of our house was a long process, but Jan Staal and Hanneke Langerwerf supported us well throughout that time and provided advice and assistance. There were external factors that caused delays, but they worked diligently and kept us informed of the progress.
