The commission percentage has turned out to be a good proposal, although it cost us a lot of money in our case with a quick sale. In short, highly recommended.

Very unprofessional business. My house was appraised together with his brother who presents himself as a bodyguard. With a lot of bombast they storm through the house and don't pay attention to anything. They force their way into the property as if they are god in France. So not gone with them to sea.

Why not take an extra step if you own your own company. No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the brokerage fees in rural areas are clearly higher than in urban areas.

Have the property appraised for a bridging mortgage. After much calling and promises from their side, which they do not keep, a report was eventually drawn up. The strange thing is that after two weeks they still needed additional information. It concerned two house numbers, which they had also merged into 1 report. As far as we are concerned, no recommendation for this company.
