It also seems quite alarming to me that they are going to call all customers if a bad review is posted, as the owner of this profile claims. You are better off investing your time in existing customers so you don't get negative reviews.
I've been a customer for about 12 years now. Initially private, later also business. I am quickly assisted when I call. But even with a question or request via email, I never have to wait long. Lines are short. If someone doesn't know the answer, that is honestly said, followed up on or looked up and you will be called back.
