I don't recognize at all what some people are writing negatively here. We have interest in a property, called yesterday and they immediately picked up the phone. Later in the afternoon we were immediately called back and we are now waiting for an appointment to view. So far everything is going well and as it should. I always say: You don't get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression and that was simply good with this office. Everyone is allowed to give their opinion and everyone will personally experience what they think of a company and want to share their experiences based on that. I do that myself too, because this week we also had a bad experience with a real estate agent from South Limburg and I wrote about that in another review. What I find very strange here on this site is that someone suddenly decides years later to share their negative experience on this site, while you normally would do that within a short time after the experience. Why would you suddenly start sharing your bad experience on this site years later???? I find it all very strange, but doesn't mean we are simply very satisfied. But well, everyone their own opinion.

Well, here exactly the same experience, unfortunately. Nothing of your high customer satisfaction score to be noticed! When Ingrid arrived at the house (10 minutes late) the positive atmosphere that was there completely turned around. Never encountered such a distant cold person, we were looked at with a disapproving look as if Mrs. had never seen a person with a tattoo before. In 5 minutes quickly through the house, no explanation anywhere. Then we got the form pushed under our noses which we could fill in if interested, Mrs. asked about our incomes... I was really stunned. Prior to the viewing, email contact was had with Ingrid about the house, she could respond to my emails within the hour 3 times but when I asked what the rental requirements were, she never responded to my emails again! The viewing was more than a week later!!!!! So, we tell our incomes again, causing her to laugh and very nonchalantly indicate that at least by one person 3x the monthly rent amount must be earned. I don’t know what you think I have for a job but no, I do not earn 3,000 per month. When I ask why she didn't respond to my email where I asked what the requirements were, she laughs it off and starts talking about something else! Then we wouldn’t have had to take time off work! Whole afternoon for nothing. Then she also still made the great comment that we should go rent a cheap house and apply for rental allowance. I have never felt so offended, what a treacherous trick to simply let us come anyway! Ugh, left with such a strange feeling from the house, had stomach ache from it all day. Purely because of the disastrous experience with this real estate agent, I won’t even try to make another chance for the house! What a nasty person!

Mrs. Natalia has no interest in the client, she doesn't answer the phone, you must be desperate to dedicate your case and time to her, I do not recommend it, there are many better agencies and the language barrier is not a problem, it’s not the same Martens. And Mrs. Aneta deserves a plus point, but Natali, Mrs. Natalia, you know very well how to treat clients, if your mother hadn't been around, it would be a return to production.

Edit because I can't answer: aggressive hahah amazing. Irritated or aggressive are indeed two totally different behaviors. You probably don’t know yourself and you have never met an aggressive person, or you don’t know the meaning of this concept, and you are an excellent psychologist. Do you not comment on the rest? I see that you have an answer to everything, it's a shame it is not substantive. I can't remember him slamming the door in my face. And I said 'he always has that look on his face' and the lady concluded that he was irritated or aggressive. Yes, after a few weeks, because you don’t want to get this opinion right away after the conversation. This opinion is not written by a 'frustrated' (how is he?) man, but by a completely unfustrated woman who just wanted to share the situation so her countrymen could verify it themselves :) The situation that happened to me at Martens real estate agency is pathetic, totally unprofessional and incompetent. It doesn’t even deserve one star. A few words of introduction: Ms. Nathalie - during the first meeting we kissed the doorknob because the lady had written down the date incorrectly (I had to leave work an hour earlier, so I was immediately behind), but that is of course awkward, so situations happen, so I’ll skip it. When the meeting took place, there were a few strangers in the room (they came in right after us), in an open space where the lady gave us loud confidential information, such as the amount of loan I could afford. No compliance with privacy rules. We did not receive reliable answers or fundamental (!!) information (of course, most of it I can check myself, but assuming that someone has no knowledge at all, it plays on ignorance). After literally 5 minutes, Ms. Nathalie looks at her husband and says *pay attention*: HE IS IRRITATED. It must be emphasized that he did nothing, he said nothing that could be used to confirm something like that, he asked normal questions. She started to get angry and said she didn't want to continue the meetings with us (interrupting what I was saying to her), all in the presence of these people, of course. Embarrassing behavior and manners at the highest level, because she got up from the chair and went to wash her hands, making it clear that she was no longer interested in us. A man who wants to encourage me to use his services doesn’t behave like that? Seriously, no professionalism. The lady said she had been doing it for so many years and 'had never seen anything like it' (I still don’t really know what xD) - I can say that I have been using the services of professionals for years, but nobody has ever treated me like this (although in my opinion you are far from professional). I advise going directly to a Dutch or another foreign office that offers such services, because from what I have heard, my opinion is not the only one. I wish Ms. Nathalie much humility, because one day she might really be surprised. Through this lady I wouldn’t even want to buy a bicycle. Thanks and kind regards.

Personal contact, expertise and follow-up are very good. A real recommendation for people who want to sell their house but you can also go there for insurance which is of course another positive point.

The second time within a month that they sold a property before we had the opportunity to view it. Both times, we asked if it wasn't possible to schedule the viewing earlier than what they propose. It didn't happen.

It is uncertain whether the mortgage will be approved, but it is certain that various service fees must be paid. Is this your way to survive? The biggest highlight is that the contract for 2024 was written as 2023 and hasn't been corrected, really professional! I am fully responsible for what I say!!

How broker VeTeBe from Venlo deals with people who make an offer: Friday, May 24th, interested parties could submit a bid on a house in Helden until 13:00. We had also submitted a bid. At 13:27 I was called with the message; congratulations you have placed the highest bid, we were the lucky ones. We were very happy. However, this was short-lived. At 14:57 I was called again by VeTeBe with the message that another higher bid had come in. Unfortunately for us. Notably 2 hours after the deadline of 13:00!!!! The person with the higher bid had problems submitting it in the regular way !!!!. If we wanted, we could still submit a bid!!!!!! It's really sad how buyers are treated this way. Scandalous.
