We have quite a bit of experience with real estate agents, and we chose Vetebe because of the many positive experiences we heard from colleagues and other people. The communication was very good. All appointments were quickly followed up on (we were in a hurry to sell our house). Well guided by the realtor during the sales process and made a very realistic assessment of the asking price and the sales time. Very bad experience with the sale of our house through vetebe. They don't do their best to sell your house (in my opinion because they have so many in management that it doesn't matter to them whether your house is sold or another one a few streets further that they are selling). Constant remarks like you need to lower the asking price while you’re already at rock bottom and the housing market is actually becoming more attractive again. Lax in keeping appointments (the suspensive conditions expired 5 months ago and only since this week there is a sticker on the board saying sold and only last week it appeared on funda that it is sold). 1 big tip choose another real estate agent than vetebe! They do NOTHING with complaints!
