A while ago, I made an offer on a house, but I was outbid on the last day of bidding. I wanted an overview of what rights I have with all the bids. Ms assured me that she would send it right away. After waiting for a long time, I called back, after which ms said that there wasn't an overview yet.. It’s strange that you promise to send it immediately and then it isn't there. Still nothing heard from the real estate agent 5 weeks later. Poor communication here!

If you are looking for a broker who takes care of you with a capital O, you've come to the right place. No fuss, just things done properly!
Unfortunately, after purchasing the property (from family), they have been confronted with several issues within the property that were either not mentioned or never discussed at all. It is unacceptable that the client is now faced with these unforeseen problems, and it appears that some essential information was deliberately omitted. I am of the opinion that it is your responsibility as a real estate agent to provide accurate and complete information to (potential) buyers. Your response is inadequate in this regard. The ease with which reference is made to the 'uninhabited article' without seriously addressing the specific concerns, does not contribute to resolving the situation. It appears that little effort is being made to take the buyer’s concerns seriously and reach a suitable solution.
Dramatic in communication, they rarely answer the phone when you need them. You receive an email 1 minute before closing time stating that you suddenly cannot go to the house with a contractor the next day. If you then call immediately, no one can be reached again. Untruths are told during the sale about the year the boiler was installed, all other problems are simply dismissed under the non-occupied article. There is absolutely no consideration given for the buyers, only for the sellers of the house. If I were ever to sell this house again, it certainly would not be with the help of Verstegen makelaars.
If you have the choice, I would definitely choose another real estate agent like VeTeBe in Tegelen when selling a property. When buying a property, do not arrange a structural survey and valuation with Frank Verstegen due to a conflict of interest.

These exceptions are not communicated promptly but only after the expected response time of the broker on an offer has expired. To dismiss this with a simple email afterwards.
