I did find it took quite a long time, before my house appeared on funda and the site of Intermakelaars, after I had asked Intermakelaars to start selling my house. The cause of that was the photo and film studio that needed to capture the house in images for the sites. Once that was ready, the sale proceeded very quickly and well.

After buying our house through this realtor, a leak developed within 1 month, which the previous owners were also known to have had. They claimed to have 'fixed' the leak...... A simple bead of sealant turned out to be the solution. But this realtor was absolutely not willing to accommodate us in any way, such as providing advice or mediation!! As a seller, this realtor is perfectly suitable because he ensures you don't have worries about any potential 'hidden defects'. But as a buyer, this realtor is unpleasant and you feel like you’ve been taken advantage of for the purchase. You literally feel left out in the cold when you experience problems as a buyer.
