Today, March 17th, was the handover of our house to the new residents. What a lot Stephanie from Xtra Real Estate arranged for us between November and today! She put in remarkably much time during the preliminary consultation, was present for all hours during the photo reportage. Every viewing that came onto the agenda was communicated from the backoffice (top!). And there were no less than 17 of them; Stephanie called us daily at our vacation address to discuss the progress. Very nice too: an appointment is an appointment, you didn't have to doubt whether an appointment would be kept. And even after the agreement was signed, we could arrange for further support. Changing the planned handover date: I’ll take care of it, you don’t need to do anything. And that’s how the whole process went.
