With your story of putting everyone involved in bad light, however you as involved parties are indeed also partly to blame and not only in this case but also as already known on tv. And believe me everything will come to light, and whoever laughs last, laughs hardest and that won't be you. Besides I don't put anyone in bad light, however I tell the truth and not lies like you again do here to regain your souls. Fortunately many people know better after the TV broadcast and the ongoing lawsuits happily. however I am not at all evicted from my house by a court order, as you yourself also very well know. Communication at the beginning went smoothly. The appraiser walked through and examined the entire property. Unfortunately, some errors appeared in the report that could have been avoided if the report had been made available for review. However, downright disappointing was that due to 'file errors' the report was not sent out in time. Only after our complaint did we receive the report: 3.5 weeks after the appraisal!

Helped us as our purchasing agent to keep a cool head during this time and make a market-compliant offer. Comes across as honest and reliable.

Recently, I wanted to rent a unit and visited the location for a viewing. After weeks of silence, I received no response at all and it turned out the unit had been rented to someone who viewed it after me. The reason? The owner chose to do so. When I asked for an alternative, the answer was no, even though they have a website full of alternatives. Ridiculous, not worth ever calling them.

The website contains all information however it is not very user-friendly.

As someone searching in the business market, I sent Luc an email at the beginning of July. I received a response with a proposal very quickly. And yes! In the meantime, work is being done to get the building ready for my gluten-free bakery! Luc is adequate, helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and interested.

Worthless, appraisal report after 4 months. Price is high and the appraisal questionable. Don't do business with them!
