Further/more info: I had made an original appointment (for which I was told there was no appointment for me) and it was cancelled 2 days before the viewing because it was magically sold. I also received information that I am not allowed to make a bid before I have seen the apartment and I was informed that the documents about the apartment (questionnaire) would be shared during my visit. I tried to express my disappointment when I received a call from the agency, but my concerns were not even addressed. I find it strange that I was told I was among the first viewings and it is clear that I wasn’t, and also strange that a bid is accepted while there are still ongoing visits/potential offers (especially in a bidding market like in the Netherlands).
