Respectloos en onprofessioneel – John Patrick Op 29 maart benaderde John Patrick mij via WhatsApp over een project in Zaandam. Ik heb diezelfde dag een digitale brochure ontvangen en hem die avond nog duidelijk laten weten dat ik geen interesse had. Ondanks dat, werd ik op 1 april en opnieuw op 8 april telefonisch benaderd, zonder enige aanleiding. Na zijn tweede telefoontje heb ik op 8 april nogmaals expliciet geappt dat ik geen interesse heb. En toch stuurde hij op 2 juli opnieuw een promotievideo met “Goedemorgen Bhody”, alsof er niets was gebeurd. Dit gedrag is niet alleen respectloos, maar ook volledig onprofessioneel. Meerdere keren aangeven dat je geen interesse hebt en dan alsnog ongewenst benaderd worden, getuigt van nul begrip van klantgerichtheid. Absoluut geen aanrader.
