Little learned from the housing crisis. Making an appointment is difficult, you have to chase it up multiple times yourself. The real estate agent arrives late for the appointment, the real estate agent asks a lot of questions about your private life and tells nothing about the house. The real estate agent indicates that they will send another questionnaire and investigate some questions with the owner. You have to chase this yourself, the answers to the questions do not come and after a few days you find out that the house has been sold subject to approval. Apparently too much trouble to mention something like that during a viewing. The house is advertised with an incorrect energy label. In short, such a bad experience that we will from now on skip every house as a precaution that comes up for sale with them.

We have been looking for a home in the Breda area for some time now. We've had a lot of contact and viewings through GB Makelaars for several months. Always very helpful, despite it being a very busy time for the real estate agent. They take the time for you. A difficult time for us as buyers, more demand than supply. It’s a shame our own property does not fall within the service area of GB otherwise we would definitely have chosen this office!

Nice that they call 2 hours before the viewing to say the property was sold a few days ago! It would have been nicer if we had been notified immediately after the sale, now it costs me a vacation day!
