After years of searching and having done many viewings without success, we ended up at Lenaers for help with the search for our dream home. Since we had very specific wishes, this wasn't really easy, as evidenced by our long search. Not long after the request was made, we received a call from Oscar saying that the house we were looking for was being offered for sale and that he had already scheduled an appointment for us to go and look together. Fortunately, Lenaers is very active in the market because we were the 1st candidate of the ultimately 10+ people who were allowed to come and view a week later. We handed over the entire purchase process, which resulted in the purchase of our dream house on the day of the viewing at 8:15 PM!! Without Oscar's help, this would never have happened, and we are very grateful to him for that. Now that we had bought our home, the current one also had to be sold, which Oscar took care of perfectly, and within a week our house was successfully sold. Through this channel, I wholeheartedly recommend Lenaers Makelaardij to everyone who wants to buy/sell a house and once again express our thanks, especially to Oscar. Family van de Klundert
