Recently, we found our new home through Rotsvast; we are satisfied with the course of the process. The agreements were kept correctly and we are happy with our choice.

Recently purchased a home that Rotsvast sold. Basically, everything went well and the party honored their agreements. We are very happy with our home!

I had a viewing with Thomas and he was very polite and answered all my questions. They took into account my unique situation and made sure that I could move into the apartment quickly.

Very negligent company. We have to wait over half a year for outstanding TTB (energy) reimbursements. They do not respond at all or react late to questions asked via email, which makes them negligent in handling tenant inquiries or complaints. Regarding the TTB (energy) reimbursement, it was handled very carelessly. After sending my question about this matter, providing documents clearly showing that we as tenants were entitled to it, I was told by the owner of the Gouda branch that the tenants were not entitled to it, after which I again stated via email that we were indeed entitled. In response to this email, I received from the owner of Rotsvast: ''Carefully read the article you forwarded and draw your own conclusions''. The TTB reimbursement amounted to over €1500,- for which I constantly had to chase up, and if it were up to the owner of Rotsvast Gouda, we as tenants would not even be entitled to it. I noted that the payments were not fully paid out, and I therefore wonder whether this company would inform me of this themselves. Furthermore, during the final settlement, €425,- was charged under the heading of extra provisions, without explanation. Upon inquiry (again after repeatedly insisting on a response via email), it appeared to be a calculation from the year before, which is extremely sloppy. Administration totally NOT in order! And there are many more examples that I can provide that are not clean regarding this branch. Avoid hassle and stay away from this party.

The selling price was initially set a little too high but after a reduction, it was sold quickly and to my satisfaction (in a period when the market was uncertain). Where I have previously experienced estate agents as commercial and very businesslike, here I had a completely different experience. NKM Woonaccent responds quickly, and had the appraisal of our new home ready within a week. Super! Because we were a little short on time, they personally helped us to speed things up. The appraisal itself was also nicely in order, and appraised as expected.

Unfortunately, what a terrible experience. I would advise everyone to stay away. I ordered an appraisal report from Reinier Dusowa of NKM Woonaccent Makelaars / NKM van Gool for a rate review. I was a little worried about the other bad review on Google. In addition, the appraiser was 20 minutes late for the appointment, but OK. The real problem was the report I received: Reinier made mistakes throughout the entire report. Firstly, his measurement of the apartment was 2 square meters smaller than it actually was. Also, the roof terrace was reduced by 3 square meters. This significantly lowered the assessed value. Reinier did not provide drawings, he only said 'my equipment is calibrated, I don't know how other agents measured this apartment.' He refused to amend the report. He also didn’t properly assess the value of the roof terrace (49 square meters in the center of Utrecht). According to his own calculations, the assessed value of my apartment was lower than the ground floor apartment that was sold 6 months earlier. Yet Reinier's appraised value (November 2019) was so low that it was even lower than the WOZ value (January 2019)!!! While the general real estate price indicator in the Netherlands rose by 8.5%... Reinier didn’t want to contact me when I filed a complaint. If you mention too many reasons why he made a mistake, he will focus on those reasons he thinks he is right, but systematically ignores the points where he has no good arguments. The impact of Reinier's gross negligence was small, I was undergoing a rate review. But a first-time home buyer who buys their first house with Reinier as an appraiser... oh god! That could mean you don’t get the house. Be aware and choose wisely. Stay away from NKM Woonaccent Makelaars / NKM van Gool

Anneke and Reinier from NKM van Gool Makelaars were very helpful to us as a real estate agent. They were always available when we contacted them and gave us very informative suggestions that helped us finalize our house. They speak good English and have extensive knowledge of the properties. They are both very friendly, approachable, well-informed and want what's best for you. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Have an appraisal carried out by an appraiser from this office (R.D. Dusoswa) for the financing of a new-build property. The appraiser came up with a value of 320k, while we suspected a value based on 2 global appraisals from 3/4 years ago of 350k. We corresponded extensively with the appraiser about this, but Mr. did not want to adjust his appraisal. The consequence was that we had to pay more interest for the bridging loan because the risk was now greater. Our property was recently sold and is now appraised at 375k. What an increase in value within 12 weeks, or was that appraiser from Van Gool completely wrong?
