Based on those lies, we proceeded with a house, to find out upon signing that the ground lease was € 1,000 higher than told us – making the property much more expensive and almost impossible to sell in the future. By then we had already spent € 1,000 on the sale. Guess what, instead of taking responsibility and correcting their mistake, their answer was: but haven’t you already taken up too much of our time…? No responsibility was taken and not even an apology offered. The reaction from the founders: Mistakes happen and you have to accept them, we take no responsibility for our mistakes. We lost money, lost our house and were treated with utter contempt. This company is misleading, careless and profit-driven.
