We had them do the appraisal for us. Unfortunately, communication didn't go very smoothly. They said they were wasting their time and refused to speak with the bank/notary. I had to call the notary, the bank, and the realtor countless times myself to get the communication going. Very frustrating. I’ve become an expert in the Dutch rules and procedures for appraisals, which completely contradicts the idea of hiring a professional to do it for us.

I primarily worked with Dunja from KRK to sell my apartment and overall okay experience. They were helpful in administrative and organisational needs (styling, photography, listing, viewings etc) and great in getting them done and communicating about them. However, I believe we didn't get the sales strategy right to build momentum & get the competitive market price and entire process took approx 5 months compared to expected 3 months at start.
