Very unprofessional behavior. After a viewing, I had to send them documents with personal data. The next day they sent me an email stating that they would contact me soon, but I received no phone calls or emails. After a week, I sent an email to check if everything was alright, but nobody responded. When I called their office (on a Friday, during their working hours), I immediately got a voicemail. Almost five days later, I managed to reach them through an agency that represented me. Of course, I was not selected as the tenant for the apartment. I asked them if they had similar offers, but again I received no response. I regret having shared personal information with an agency that lacks competence in something as important as customer communication.

Last week, I made an appointment with a real estate agent to view a property. It turned out to be an open house. There was a constant flow of people coming and going. The realtor only had attention and time for the viewer. The other potential buyers probably served to drive up the price. Poor service!

As buyer with Linger OG opposite me as selling broker: 1. Is late for appointments. 2. Promises to deliver things, but after calling three times I had to pick it up myself. 3. Specifically asked if there were any defects that needed to be addressed in the short term and they said NO. Then I received a letter 2 months later when I had my house that the smoke gas channels and heating system are no longer good and will only last another 2/3 years. So, I'm out another €2000. And then they dare to say it wasn't mandatory maintenance. Leaking smoke gases is deadly? 4. Comes with sweet talk yes we gave it to you because I came with defects that they did not mention etc. 5. Promised to repair minor defects, but nothing ever came of that. And act as if it was never promised. 6. It remains a broker!

Only discrimination based on race. I have been in contact with their team for almost 6 months, but they never offered me a rental apartment. Just a waste of time. When I tried to finalize the rent for the apartment, they came up with some ridiculous excuse for a delay, which I missed.

If you, as a real estate agent, have to sink so low that you look up personal data of homeowners via the land registry and then stuff them all with a letter/advertising folder (despite the no-soliciting sticker), then it’s probably not due to your quality as a real estate agent.
