Disappointing experience. Real estate agent repeatedly asked for the highest bid, not transparent about the sales process. Not reachable for questions. Doesn't know the market in which they operate themselves. Wants to later 'fix' it by offering a lower quality house at the 'same price', but not officially (?). Real estate agency makes me think of a Monty Python sketch.

14 days (!) after the appointment at my house to sell it and still no offer or response. 7 days ago (!) an e-mail sent to the real estate agent and still no response. Called 4 times (!) and each time I was told that a real estate agent would call me back, but still no response... Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Everything went smoothly. Well assisted. Apartment sold quickly. Professional. I could call the real estate agent anytime, nothing was too much. In short, nothing to criticize.

I primarily worked with Dunja from KRK to sell my apartment and overall okay experience. They were helpful in administrative and organisational needs (styling, photography, listing, viewings etc) and great in getting them done and communicating about them. However, I believe we didn't get the sales strategy right to build momentum & get the competitive market price and entire process took approx 5 months compared to expected 3 months at start.

For years I keep coming back to KvK brokers. Buying and selling a house is not something you just do. It's not an impulse decision. The brokers and all employees of KvK are not only expert, but also personal, friendly, open. They inspire confidence, think along with you and are always ready for you.

Hack sensitive website and bad service! Your financial data, including your citizen identification number (BSN), are requested to be filled in the online system. With a simple hack, all this data is exposed. In addition, renting below €1500,- does not seem to be taken seriously and they do not return contact.

Very bad experiences with this real estate agent. I created an IDD account on their website, filled in all my documents and everything. I got many rental houses that met my profile, tried hundreds of responses in the hope of getting a rental offer, but I never received an invitation for a viewing!!! Then I got one viewing, after I had called them countless times! I did the viewing and then the real estate agent said that I only needed to respond to the viewing confirmation they had sent me and that I would receive a response within two weeks. And that is still not happened after almost a month of waiting!!! I have tried multiple times to contact them to ask about the status of my applications, but they don't even respond to my email to help me! Their live chat on their website is also not very useful, because there's almost no one who can respond to your request!!! So if you urgently need a rental house, I advise you NEVER, NEVER, to submit an application here!!! Yes, they have many cheap rental houses, but their services are not reliable!!! Also the income requirements for renting a house of €850 are way too high!!! I have managed to get a rental house of €1.350 with other real estate agents with my income! So yes, my advice is: don't waste your time on this real estate agent!!! They are only good if you sell a property, because then they can get money from you!!!

Too sad for words... Appointments were not kept and we had to chase everything ourselves. A few times indicated that we were not satisfied, but that was not handled properly either. We thought we had found a real estate agent who could relieve us and help with selling our apartment, but ultimately we withdrew the assignment. Very friendly staff! Even though they were the selling broker, as buyers we got the impression that they also thought along with us. The service was more than excellent to call. I would recommend everyone to do business with them!

Disappointing experience. I approached this real estate office twice and both times it was promised that we would be called back. Unfortunately, we never heard from them again. Understandable that it can be busy, but from an office with this reputation you at least expect some form of communication, even if it's just a short e-mail with an indication of waiting time or an update. Leaving people in the dark comes across as unprofessional and unreliable. Especially when you're seriously looking for a home in a higher segment.
