KRK Makelaars Amsterdam

Teleurstellende ervaring. Makelaar vraagt meermalen om uiterste bod, niet transparant over het verkoopproces. Niet bereikbaar voor vragen. Kent de markt niet waarin zijzelf opereert. Wil het later 'goed' maken door een woning van mindere kwaliteit aan te bieden tegen 'dezelfde prijs', maar niet officieel (?). Makelaarskantoor doet mij denken aan Monty Python klucht.

Teleurstellende ervaring Ik heb dit makelaarskantoor twee keer benaderd en beide keren werd beloofd dat we teruggebeld zouden worden. Helaas hebben we daarna nooit meer iets van ze gehoord. Begrijpelijk dat het druk kan zijn, maar van een kantoor met deze reputatie mag je op z’n minst verwachten dat er enige vorm van communicatie is, al is het maar een korte e-mail met een indicatie van wachttijd of een update. Mensen zo in het ongewisse laten komt onprofessioneel en onbetrouwbaar over. Zeker wanneer je serieus op zoek bent naar een woning in een hoger segment.

Alles ging prima. Goed geholpen. Appartement snel verkocht. Deskundig. Kon de makelaar elk moment bellen niets was teveel. Kortom niets op aan te merken.

KRK Makelaars is een deskundige partij. Het contact tijdens de verkoop van ons huis hebben wij als erg prettig ervaren. We raden KRK Makelaars zeker aan.

14 dagen (!) na de afspraak in mijn huis om het te verkopen en nog steeds geen bod of reactie. 7 dagen geleden (!) een e-mail naar de makelaar gestuurd en nog steeds geen reactie. 4 keer gebeld (!) en telkens kreeg ik te horen dat een makelaar me terug zou bellen, maar nog steeds geen reactie... Extreem teleurstellend en onprofessioneel.

I primarily worked with Dunja from KRK to sell my apartment and overall okay experience. They were helpful in administrative and organisational needs (styling, photography, listing, viewings etc) and great in getting them done and communicating about them. However, I believe we didn't get the sales strategy right to build momentum & get the competitive market price and entire process took approx 5 months compared to expected 3 months at start.

For years I keep coming back to KvK brokers. Buying and selling a house is not something you just do. It's not an impulse decision. The brokers and all employees of KvK are not only expert, but also personal, friendly, open. They inspire confidence, think along with you and are always ready for you.

Very happy with Branko as a real estate agent. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, knows a lot about the neighborhood/village. In particular, the sale of our property among investors was excellently handled by Sander. We were slightly less satisfied with the advice regarding the purchase of our new home; especially concerning the 'bidding' aspect. Even though it was a difficult market, you do expect a real estate agent, especially considering the price you pay, to provide optimal insight into that market.

Ik kreeg veel huurhuizen die aan mijn profiel voldeden, probeerde honderden reacties in de hoop een huuraanbod te krijgen, maar ik heb nooit een uitnodiging voor een bezichtiging ontvangen!!! Toen kreeg ik één bezichtiging, nadat ik ze talloze keren had gebeld! Ik deed de bezichtiging en daarna zei de makelaar dat ik alleen hoefde te reageren op de bezichtigingsbevestiging die ze me hadden gestuurd en dat ik binnen 2 weken een reactie zou ontvangen. En dat is na bijna een maand wachten nog steeds niet gebeurd!!! Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact met ze op te nemen om te vragen naar de status van mijn aanvragen, maar ze reageren niet eens op mijn e-mail om me te helpen! Hun livechat op hun website is ook niet erg handig, want er is bijna niemand die op je aanvraag kan reageren!!! Dus als je dringend een huurhuis nodig hebt, raad ik je aan om hier NOOIT, NOOIT, een aanvraag in te dienen!!! Ja, ze hebben veel goedkope huurwoningen, maar hun diensten zijn niet betrouwbaar!!! Bovendien zijn de inkomensvereisten voor het huren van een huis van € 850 veel te hoog!!! Ik heb met mijn inkomen een huurhuis van € 1.350 bij andere makelaars weten te bemachtigen!
