WARNING! This is by far the most unprofessional real estate agent we have ever had. They showed no interest in investing time or effort into their clients. If you still have doubts after a second viewing, they become rude and impatient – you feel unwelcome and completely uninterested. As an expat, you expect to be welcomed, informed, and treated genuinely, but with this company it is the opposite: they are extremely rude and only care about profit. Don't waste a minute of their time and they make it clear that you are not appreciated. Furthermore, the real estate agent provided false information on the website, verbally and in writing. Based on those lies, we proceeded with a house, to find out upon signing that the ground lease was € 1,000 higher than told us – making the property much more expensive and almost impossible to sell in the future. By then we had already spent € 1,000 on the sale. Guess what, instead of taking responsibility and correcting their mistake, their answer was: but haven’t you already taken up too much of our time…? No responsibility was taken and not even an apology offered. The reaction from the founders: Mistakes happen and you have to accept them, we take no responsibility for our mistakes. We lost money, lost our house and were treated with utter contempt. This company is misleading, careless and profit-driven. If you value honesty, professionalism or even elementary decency, avoid this real estate agent at all costs. There are many more agents who do act professionally and take responsibility for their mistakes! Anyone who wants proof, I have all the evidence relating to this case.

Terrible experience with them - inflexible, rude and even after I was offered an apartment for the wrong price and the viewing was done at the wrong time (the viewing was scheduled a whole week later), no flexibility or possibility to reschedule an appointment even by 5-10 minutes.
