Every viewing that came onto the agenda was communicated from the backoffice (top!). And there were no less than 17 of them; Stephanie called us daily at our vacation address to discuss the progress. Very nice too: an appointment is an appointment, you didn't have to doubt whether an appointment would be kept. And even after the agreement was signed, we could arrange for further support. Changing the planned handover date: I’ll take care of it, you don’t need to do anything. And that’s how the whole process went. Arjan Schreuder van 3D 'makelaars' : ga er niet mee in zee. Deze man veranderd nadat ik een bod heb gedaan (!!!) relevante informatie over het pand. Hij liegt erover en zegt dat hij van niets weet terwijl de data van uploaden er bij staat. Bod op 29 april, uploaden op 5 mei vlak voor sluitingsdatum bieden. Ik heb rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld en liet een advocaat mee lezen in deze nieuwe documenten. Ik was verbijsterd maar nog steeds bezig om goed uit te zoeken wat het allemaal zou inhouden. Arjan Schreuder besefte goed dat wat hij deed niet mag. Vervolgens krijg ik een mail van hem dat het pand naar 'een andere bieder' is gegaan. Het werd hem te heet onder zijn voeten. Door deze malafide makelaar is zowel de verkopende partij het beste bod kwijt en de aankopende partij (ik) krijg geen eerlijke kans. Met vaag vakjargon lult hij alles recht wat krom is. Als het om zulke grote bedragen gaat zou ik niet met dit amateuristische gepruts van doen willen hebben.
