At the beginning of 2022, we chose this company because we had a good feeling about this real estate agent. However, what frustrated us enormously was the lack of action and insight. Two examples: during the viewing days, they did not proactively keep us informed of bids that had been received. Buyers who bid higher were not properly informed about the financial consequences thereof (the bid could ultimately not be honored). All in all, a disappointment because it is easily improvable if this real estate agent would work more pro actively. We therefore do not recommend them.
