Really a bad way to manage buying and selling. Not organized, no clear terms and deadlines set, documents not sent on time and in the correct order, and much more. They didn't let me bid on a day I was visiting for a house and after only sending a brochure, they literally said within 30 minutes that we had enough. Anyway, I didn't find any trust with them.

Called about a viewing, they said they probably already have candidates. Never experienced this before. If that's not the case, they will call back. ???
