Useless real estate agent, offering a house for sale. Then they don't know when viewings can take place because it's an execution sale. But we would be kept informed. After contacting multiple times to ask about the status, we are always put on hold and told that as soon as something is known, we will be called back. Never heard anything again and the house suddenly off the market.... Nothing checks out... probably another 'agent's game'!

Buildings are consistently undervalued at Leon. This unnecessarily creates problems for people who want to buy a house. Ridiculous. Avoid this appraiser.
Extremely bad appraiser. Multiple times after receiving an invoice for supposedly completed work. However, you have to request the report yourself to even receive it. Then finally you get something and it's a useless sketch that no one can read. Beware of this scammer. Ultimately, appraisal values are also much lower than those of other appraisers. But he asks several hundred euros more than others and still doesn't deliver a decent report. Professionalism is unfortunately lacking with this appraiser. Moreover, he threatens to send a collection agency after you before you have even received anything.

Only thinks about his own interests and his own money. Doesn't want to cooperate or think along at all to sell the house faster due to the purchase of a new home. The communication is also not optimal.
