From the very first contact to the final details, we were charmed by the friendly, down-to-earth and professional communication. The photos, videos, and floor plans are created by them themselves and are certainly as good as other, more expensive photographers. A timeline was also outlined in advance, which they adhered to perfectly. And last but not least: the best price. The only pity is that I didn't know them when selling my previous house.

Poor communication, condescending, rude. Apparently it's ‘personally inappropriate’ of me to suggest taking my money elsewhere. My money, my choice. Also informed by the owner that 'it takes 48 hours to answer an email'. If this is the case, you need more staff and a better workflow. Direct quote from email “We aim to respond to your emails within 48 hours, often even within 24 hours. Threatening to switch to another broker or buying another property seems personally inappropriate to me and undermines all the efforts we have made for you so far.” I'm sure there will be reasons why they went out of their way to support us, but I will still maintain that they were rude and unhelpful. I don’t want to pay thousands of euros for such poor service. I look forward to your reply, Mr. Quaden, including the ‘concise points’ you will put in it. I notice that even how busy you are, you respond very quickly to a 1-star Google review. What you should remember is that I don't run a business and my reputation on Google reviews doesn't matter. You are an angry and arrogant man, I do not want to do business with you. Do not contact me again. One star, not recommended.
